Im trying to access a mailbox using OWA. I get the dreaded message "failed to get inbox"
I have trawled through technet and done the following
Logged onto the server and used explorer to connect.
added the user to the webdata and webtemp folders, give him full permission. Gave Everyone full permissions in the same folder.
Gave user log on locally rights to the server where exchange 5.5 and IIS 4 is installed.
Thought his mailbox may be causing it as its nearly 1gb in size but someone else has a bigger mailbox and that works fine.
There are no other users with the same name as him so no alias causing issues.
