Failed backups.....Agent not present.

I'm running BackupExec v8.5. We're in a Win2k domain environment. Every since we moved over to a domain my backup server has not been able to detect the agents installed on remote computers. I reinstalled the agents on the remote computers (both locally and from the backup server) and ensured the version numbers match up. Everything looks good but I still have the Backup Exec Agents screen greyed out and failing backups. I've made several changes to the services account log on but still...no success. Any ideas?
