Face sheet printing..

Hi there,

I have a little problem.. I have prepared a face sheet FORM and then when i go to FORM VIEW , ofcourse all of the records present in my client master is there.. i know i can print a filtered client by filtering the form by a ** given Client**. But there are times when the manager wishes to print a few records ( 1 or more than one - cld be all clients with activities ). IS there a way to run a form by using Parameters?? and based on the clients names the user enters, they get to print only those.
If there is a way, how do i do it??

Here's the solution I've used once or twice...

Make a form has a subform, the sub form should be a datasheet... In there, have a check box...

The person can put a check in the box for any record he wants to print...

have a button under the subform that says print...

then filter the report by that check box...

Are u talking about creating a sub form under the main facesheet and when u say checkbox what do u mean.. how are the check boxes going to correspond with the clients i want printed?

I now have a print command button that prints by the ONE selected record at a time.. How am i going to relate the two forms.. on what common field.. is it goign to be by cleint name?


Sorry for bugging u .. but once i get the idea of how-to? then it will seem so stupid that i am asking such labile questions.. thks for ur input james..
