F987 record a call, need more info- NAM, Flash

no the flash does not have the record feature. also the call record feature on the NAM will have to be changed via voicemail manager, cannot change the COS parameters from the telephones. BTW: when the feature 9 8 9 is activated, both the caller and the recorder will hear an announcement: "this call is being recorded." followed by a tone. I know of no way to disable this announcement or the tone that follows it. Also the record feature uses the confrence capability to do the recording so you have to have a free intercom button on the phone to do call recording. JerryReeve
