when i went to do a 'gentle' shut down of a NAM 4.0, i entered feature 915 and the display read feature inactive. what would cause this? what can i do to get this to work? any ideas?

Try 916,917 etc. sometimes the number will get quite high, especially if NAM has been on different KSU's.

thanks, yeah its now 918....who knows why? anyway it works now...

Brian,
I can't remember if XFTEST works for this one or not. Seems like it does not. I believe this all started when they allowed for more then 1 NAM on a system, and seems like the 915 increments if the NAM is rebooted while the KSU is unplugged, or something like that.

Marv01,

915 does jump when the KSU and NAM are rebooted, I don't know why but it doesn't seem to be consistent. This doesn't happen all the time, but I do remember using XFTEST to get it back to 915.

I have the same problem on a 2.0 Nam on a 8x24. I cant get in on feat 915.Will the XFTEST work, and how do you do it? Also what is the range of codes for the Feat 915?
Thanks,
Gabriel
