Every now and then I get the error N* VM Busy when someone tries to get into their voicemail. The problem is when thats displayed and no ones in the voicemail system. The only way to get it to go away is to restart the system.

When I try to go into F915 it prompts for the password. No matter what I try to type in the prompt stays blank, meaning no "****"... just nothing. Basically I can't get in there to do a soft reset, and i hate pulling the plug on the system. Any ideas?

Sounds like your VM has issues. Might be time to warmup to the idea of an upgrade to CP or send it out to get fixed.

My old copper NAM used to do that sometimes. I had to come out at night to reboot it a few times. Now we have a CP100 and I never have to mess with it.

Ya, it happens so infrequently that it doesnt bother me, and the vm can still be accessed from outside. A restart every 2 months is fine. Were a small business so junking working hardware is out of the question for now. thanks for the reply.
