F-Secure Internet Gatekeeper and ISA Configurations

I have installed Internet Gatekeeper on the same box as the one running ISA Server 2000 on a Windows 2000 Server. How do I configure IG to act as a downstream proxy? What changes do I need to make on both ISA and IG to make it work? Do I need to change the clients proxy configurations to browse using port 3128 instead of 8080 (which they are currently using)? How do I configure the HTTP proxy (ISA) to accept incoming requests only from FSAV for Internet Gateways?
