Hello all,

An offsite user would like a listing of all employee e-mail addresses. Rather than type this all out, is there a simpler way to a extract the e-mail addresses to an .xls or .csv file? I remember this was possible in 5.5 but I cannot seem to get this to work in 2000. Any help, insight, or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Patrick

couple ways you could do this: first would be via AD Users and Computers\Export List function. Make sure you edit your Column view to include email addresses prior to performing the export.
Other way would be LDIFDE.

I was interested in this as well, however in ADUC, I am not able to get a column with the e-mail addresses. How is this done, and will the list cross OU's as well?

Select the OU that holds the user accounts. Goto View-Choose Columns and select the E-mail address hidden column.
