Btrieve store data in data files. The file names and extensions are determined by the application. Usually the data is stored in the same directory or a subdirectory of the application generating the data.
How you extract it depends on the version of Btrieve you're using and how much effort you want to put into it.
You'll need DDFs or the record structure. Once you have one of those, you can create an export progrm using the Btrieve API or, if you have the DDFs, you can use ODBC to export the data.
