Just a quick question,

When importing text from word, is there a quick way to eliminate the common 2 spaces after a sentence before starting a new one as I only want one space in Quark. Couldn't seem to do it in "Find and Replace" since its an invisible.

Thanks.

I work on a mac - In find & replace, just click the space bar twice in the find box & once in the replace box. You should see the curser move over two and 1 spaces as you do it. When you tell it to change all, it should replace 2 spaces with 1. I use this method all the time with imported text.
