Mario Flores has made a new submission at PSC for an ExTooltip Class that I believe you'll find pretty useful.

Two strings walk into a bar. The first string says to the bartender: 'Bartender, I'll have a beer. u.5n$x5t?*&4ru!2[sACC~ErJ'. The second string says: 'Pardon my friend, he isn't NULL terminated'.

Having worked on my own tooltips class for VB I know just how much of a pain it is. This class looks excellent.
