Our customer will migrate from Definity Si to S8500.
Customer wishes to have central phonebook for external & internal numbers, so they can search numbers on their PCs and make a click with mouse on number and so the phone will dial this number.
Most of their phones are analog and some are digital (64xx and 84xx).

Any ideas how to do this?

You will need to use softphones for this. All phone numbers on webpages will show up in yellow, meaning you can dial using the softphone. This will work with an Intranet/Internet directory.

The users will need IP softphone software, IP software licenses (5 free with S8500) & PC headphones. You will also need to validate the network can carry VoIP.

You can't do it with Analogue or digital phones.

Cheers
