External email

We have a sister company who manages all their own email but the execs want to have a couple distribution lists that send to people in this other company. Any idea on how this can be accomplished? They would also like an internal address that forwards their message to a cell phone.

Distribution lists can contain e-mail addresses of both internal and external recipients. If you're asking how to accomplish the process of adding non-internal users to a distribution list, simply use their full internet e-mail address (someone@abc.com).

As for the cell phone, do you already have the cell phone? Can it receive e-mail currently?
