I am working on a computer where I have administrator rights on Win 2000. I loaded a Micro Solutions Backpack CD-rewriter through a USB port. When I first plug it into the USB it recognizes it and looks for software. I point it to the correct software and it loads the software. But when I look for the drive or try to run the CD Burner software, the drive is not there. I am wondering if the driver is corrupt? Any ideas?
