external calls won't go to VMail

Hi,

I have two extensions that go to voicemail from within our system, but when they are called from the outside they don't roll over to VM. We have a Neax2000 IVS switch for those numbers and our voice mail server is the NeaxMail AD-40. The extensions are setup in the following manner:
E601 rolls to second line
E602 rolls to voice mail
E603 second line rolls to voice mail.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated,

I don't have my manual handy, but I believe you will need to go to command 5115>ext#>VMpilot#. Command 51 should be "Automatic Transfer Destinations".
