External callfwd only works for local nbrs 1

All,

at one of our sites when an external callforward is activated, only calls originating from the same local dial code are forwarded. This happens on all phones at the site.
I have no training on this network side of things and would appreciate any help.

also check the ncos of the inbound trunk that the call is coming from. and the cfw xx , the xx must be =to or greater then the number of digits your forwarding to

I’m facing the same situation. Only numbers in the DID range can be forwarded outside, although TN with CFXA and CFW 16. If a mobile dials my desktop, and I active CFXA to my home, the mobile won’t be forwarded. I get a message from DCH, shows the mobile dials my home, and later it drops. How can i solve this? Thanks.
