Hi:

I got a problem with external call forwarding. The set is programmed with NCOS 0 because here everyone use authorization codes to dial out. The set's class of service are: cfxa, unr.

I also program in the customer data block (LD 15) under RDR: OPT CFF.

The incomming lines are PRI lines and each one is programmed with NCOS 7 and CLS UNR. The Route is also NCOS 7.

IF I change the RDR OPT to CFO and the set to NCOS 7. the foward is completed.

Does someone know were is my problem??

try with XFA on the cls and pls make sure you have the XFA on the route

The problem is like this:

If set the forward to an external number and i call the extension from my cel it will not complete the forward. But if I dial the extension from another ext it will complete.

ya ya you have to enable trunk to trunk external forward.....
i have to look the manual...i will post later on what too do

ld 15
Net_Data

DITI YES
TRNX YES
EXTT YES
FTOP FRES

BigI: If FTOP was previously enabled and working as a restriction method, you just turned it off for all stations and voice mail ports.

FTOP applies to trunk to trunk transfers/conference at the station level. I do not think it applies to CFW at all.

So, do that? You posted that it works.

change the ncos on the incomming trunks to be 1 higher than the MFRL of the intented RLI.

Set your OPT in RDR to CFO, may need to do the same with OPT for NET.
