We have an external ACDN number set up as follows;
DN = 1373
CPND
Type = ACDN
Whenever a call is transferred out the person on the receiving end can hear the caller, but very faint. This does not occurr all the time, but it does occurr.
What things can we do to try and troubleshoot this?
