extensions out of a split

Hello!

If I have a split with x number of members, is it possible to pulls calls from the queue from another extension that is not member of the split? if so, how can I do that? I am thinking on vectoring and have the call to route to a different extension if the caller is in queue for too long. Thanks in advance!
 
Vectoring is going to be the "only" way I can see you could do this....Once the call is in the queue for the split it's going to stay there and wait for an available agent....you would have to build a step to say send it to the ext you want instead of say an announcement after a specified amount of time in queue..It should work.....
