Im having a situation where a whole department that was in our building moved into a new building and those people got new extensions, avaya set it up to where when someone called there old extension it automatically rang the new extension and left voicemial in there new extension, last week I figured out how to stop this from being forwarded since its been about six months and we want to regain back that did range. Anyways I setup a new user with one of those extensions from that range and when someone calls that extension to leave a voicemail it still says that persons name even tho I removed that subscribers voicemail and reset it up for the new user. What am I missing?
