Hi,
This is nothing to worry about, and is being caused because your settings are set to a level which is overly sensitive causing these alerts to be generated.
To resolve this, log into your Powerchute software, and right click on the device.
Select properties.
In the properties window, ensure "Show Advanced Items" is checked.
Then, expand the "General" option (in the main options list on the left of the window).
Then go to Power Parameters.
Adjust settings to the following:
High Transfer Voltage: 280 (maximum)
Low Transfer Voltage: 196 (second maximum)
Sensitivity: Low
Nominal Output Voltage: 230 (second maximum)
Audible Warning: On Battery +30.
This assumes UK settings however so if you are in the states they may be different, so i have put the relative values in brackets so you can do the equivalent in the states.
This should stop such frequent alerts, i very rarely get them now.
Hope this helps.
