Extend the login name length

Hi All,

When I create a new user, I cannot create the login name longer than 20 characters. Can someone tell me how I can extend the login name length in AD ?

Just out of curiosity, why would you want to? Are you using full, proper names for a username?

Wonder what the UPN attribute character limit is? (not that it would help)
