Ext Stuck in Forwarding

I have a station which is for some reason stuck in Forwarding.
we have send all calls button on the phone. which is not on.
we *3 to activate and #3 to deactivate.
i tried using that on this station but it will not budge.
i am stumped, please guide me to a solution.

It's forwarded to the operator (0)... type disp features, and look for this field: Call Forwarding Activation Busy/DA: All: *2 Deactivation: #2. And confirm the call-forward deactivation code.

Once you identify that you should be able to press the code from the phone to remove the forwarding. Or you could also do this from the console or from a phone with console permissions.

From the sheet above, SAC is not active, so that is not your issue. I see a 0 in the CF Destination, that should be blank.
So are the calls going to the operator? If that is not it, then have you done a list trace station 771?
 
What are the commands to deactivate from the console?
 
find the command, by disp feat.
Then on the console you would enter that command ie. #2 extentions.

I got stumped on one of these and took a copy of the stastion and then removed it and reconnected it.
Kind of like killing a flea with a hammer but it worked.
 
Clarification: Paper copy of the station. then removed it and added it back is like it was on the copy.
 
I deactivated it from the phone by pressing #2
The user was messing around on the phone menu buttons.
