I have a Definity g3si in my company.

Last Friday our company lost power, and since then, when anyone in my company dials "0" for the operator, they get a busy signal.

The phone switch do go down.

I don't know if the power outage was related or not.

There is no extension "0", but it should go to ext 3300 or 3301.

How do I fix this?
How do I explore ext "0"?

Could be night service
try "disable night-service" command

Is the attendant console working?. After a power hit here we must "reset" the attendant console. This is done by pressing the small white button on the left side of the console.

Just a thought

1a2 to ip I seen it all

if i "disable night service", how does the phone switch work after hours?

will it go to the night service mode do to the time in the system, or does someone have to manually hit "night" on the operator console?

also, when i look at "status attendant 1" it says it is "in-service", will it change to "night service" once the operator hits "night" on the console?

If you are tenant partition 1 do a "display tenant 1", that will show your night destination. I don't know a way to status to see if night service is on, other than looking to see if the light is lit on the attendant console. Using the command "disable night service" just turns it off. It can still be activated from the attendant console. A reboot automatically enables night service.

I cheat a little with this one and add a NS button to an appearance on my phone. That I can use to see if its in use or to deactivate it. This works on my ACD groups but I am not sure about attendants.

Hell, there are no rules here - we're trying to accomplish something.
