Does anyone know of any way that i can set a single ext part of multiple groups.

For instance when a caller presses "1 for sales" I want extension 101 102 and 103 to ring. And when a caller presses "2 for service" I want extension 101 103 and 104 to ring.

Also when the caller presses "0 for operator" I want all extensions to ring.

Thanks

Hey JoeCamel,

There are multiple things to look at

1> Your call is comming in
10. CO& Incomming Call - 3. DDI / DID Table

Your number needs to forward to an (Day/Lunch/Break/Night) number

2> That number is an OGM Number
5. Optional Device - 3. Voice Message - 2. Disa Message

The number at DDI / DID is the Floating Extension number
Whit *361<Floating EXT #> you can speak in your tekst. example
Welcome to XYZ For sales press 1 / for service press 2 / if you are not making anny choice you will redirected to the operator

So at dail 1 you put in an Group number / at 2 also and at 0 also

Make sure u set at 5.3.1 DISA System

Intercept when all DISA ports are bussy to AA-0 / also intercept when no dail after DISA answers to AA-0 (aka stay at the line for operator ( or pres 0))

Now go to the 3.5.1 Group Settings

again floating extensio number as DISA 0 / 1 / 2

make it an name
press members list
and here you cen set your telephone extensions as manny as you like per group.
also as Delayed Ring
+- 1 ring is 5 sec (easy to remeber)

good luck and hope to hear from you / if you need help mail me the DSYS and ill help you building an config for you.
(PS you need MSG card for older or expansion channels) NCP got 2 channels pre installed (unless you got NS1000)

Im using a KX-TA824 PBX and a KX-TVA50 VPS.
I'll try to see if I can implement your solution and I'll get back to you if i have any issues.

Thanks
