Ext call fwd via ASM?

Can i externally call forward (to a cell phone) via an anolog station module (ASM),by using a standard anolog phone (i guess flash/link, *4 , destination code, phone number)??
In this real estate office some agents only work outside the office, thus when a call comes in for them, the receptionest will answer,then she justs wants to transfer to an ASM extension which will get routed out to the cell phone .

yes u shd be able to do it ...as long as ur s/w version is 4.1 or better ...you probably need to program a routing code to make it work(havent tried it, but that should work)

must end string with hook switch flash/link then press 2 this will tell switch your finished with dialout string...dont ask just do it...also if you lose power you must redo the feature...i have found call fwd 2 rings and forward on busy cuases less headaches

Is that the cfob and cfna on 2 rings in the capabilities section , i presume on the 4.1 and higher s/w there is a section that will let me assign an external call forwarding number??
What sort of "headaches" did you get doing it the other way??

as long as routing is in place and the software is correct the sys programming of forward no answer and forward on busy will cause less headaches only because everytime there is a power lose or a reboot you will need to reprog ata for the forward"hard call forward"
