i'm currently working on a clip for a dvd but i have no idea how to compress what i've made. my clip is about 2 and a half minutes long and when i export, it's around 4GBs....i'm looking for something more around 40-50 MBs....

how do i use compressors the way i want them to?

and tips will be greatly appreciated

What format are you exporting? Sounds like AVI, but I'm just guessing. DVD needs MPEG2 format. You can export to MPEG in Premiere, but I don't recommend it. Export to AVI, then use a third party encoder like TMPGEnc to convert your AVI to MPEG. You'll then have the format and file size you need to go to DVD.
