Hi guys,

Having trouble here, just wondering when i export a frame on premiere 6.5 if it is possible to get an image which is higher than 72dpi. I am using hte images to do a video sequence and would like the quality a bit better. Any help is appreciated.

Maybe you know of another program which allows resolution settings?

Cheers.

When you export, all you get is pixels. Changing dpi just changes the size of image when you print out these pixels on paper.

Change the dpi in your image editor if you need to, but you can't get more pixels out of the video than are there in the first place.

There are some plug-ins out there that claim to use clever maths to increase size without too much degradation of quality if you need to cover a bigger number of pixels, but this is post-export processing, not done in Premiere.
