Exporting Real-Time Displays To Other Logins

I have created a collection of real-time reports (graphical display) on the IT login, which has all admin priveleges.

I want to make this collection available on the "Co-ordinator" logins we have here. These logins are restricted - they only have the Real-Time reports section available.

Is there a way to export the collection I have made from one login to the other login?

As an alternative, I could just re-create the collection manually, while logged in as a co-ordinator. However, to do that I would then need to make extra functions available on the co-ordinator login, in order to apply filters to the collection, such as only displaying specific applications and skillsets. I am loathe to give the co-ordinators any extra rights with the system, as they can't be trusted!!

Any advice is appreciated!

Are you running web or traditional client? If you are running web client, you just need to make the RTD "public displays" and then other users would have access.

If you are running traditional/classic/fat client, those RTDs actually reside on the hard drive of the PC that you created, and there is not a way to export them out for others.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm using Web client for this.

As far as I know, you can't do that with Graphical Displays?

Anyway, I re-created them succesfully after making a load of alterations to the Access and Partition Management section - this had not been set up properly.

Well you did what I was going to suggest next, be sure Access and Partition Management is set up correctly, and they should be able to do this on their own.
