Exporting queries with commas to csv files 1

It's a small thing, but something that's always bothered me. Whenever I export queries to .csv files, large numbers with commas get separated into different columns, which of course is not what I want.

Is there a work around this?
 
for that reason I usually use text tab delimited then open it will excel and convert to an xls.
