exporting (pdf) error: Page Header ... too large ...

when using the CRAXDRT Library in asp for exporting a report (even when using a blank report) to PDF I get the following error message only when calling the page from a remote machine (!):

Error Type:
Seagate Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer (0x80047682)
Page Header plus Page Footer is too large for the page.

on the local machine (IIS) it works fine .... !?

does anybody have an idea what's the problem and how to fix it ?

Hi,

I got the same error message, but calling from remote machine is fine. ????

I made the reports a while ago in my local hard drive, and last week when I tried to open the preview, it gave me that error message. But according to other people, they can open that report on their machine without any problem.

I tried to register the product, re-install it, but the problem is not going away. I didn't use library or try to export the file. I also tried changing the page layout without any luck.

Anyone can throw in some inputs here will be greatly appreciated.

I solved my own problem by re-installing my printer driver. I don't know your issue is all that similar to mine, but you can try.
