The ODBC Driver for NDS can do this for you. You install the driver on your workstation and you can use it as an ODBC data source in Excel to extract data from DS into a spreadsheet. You can then save the spreadsheet as a CSV.
You can either specify the context by going into the ODBC data source and selecting the required context, or by using the CX command from DOS.
