Hello,
I need to "clean up" a division of ours so I ran an audit in ASA under system fault and performance. The audit ran fine and shows in history but I need to know how I can export it to a file? It appears my only option when I click on the audit is print and Id'e really like to just export it to excel or my desktop.

TIA
Tina

yes I use GEDI but this is not in GEDI it is in the system drop down box. It will let you run an audit on the system to show you what is redundant etc. I was wanting to look at this audit but the only option I see is print.

Thanks

1. In GEDI, open the "History" tab at the bottom of the page, right-mouse click, and select "Clear History".

2. Run the Audit task.

3. Open the "History" tab again, right-mouse click, and select "Export History".

Thanks Susan i tried that but all I get when I right click in history on the audit is clear history, export history, print and print preview. There isn't any export option. I have ASA version 1-11.5

Thanks!

Right, if you choose "Export History" then you'll have your audit because the results of the audit are in the history.

Thanks again, it worked kind of....I did the export history and sent it to my desktop but all I got was one line. I tried again and same thing but when I go to print preview theres 20 pages!!! Something must be wrong. Guess I'll just print it and go from there!

Thanks again

Make sure that you clear the history tab in GEDI before running the audit so the audit entries are the only items listed in the history tab.
