Exporting Access Report to Word sometimes leads to text being lost

I have written a number of reports which are displaying memo fields.

Printing these reports to screen or directly to the printer all works fine, but if I choose to use the Export to Word option when previewing the reports in some cases the last line of the memo field is truncated.

It appears to be caused by Access incorrectly calculating the height of the fields and assuming that the field will have the same number of lines in the RTF file as in the printed version, but because of differences in the size of the characters where a line now wraps but used not to, the last line will be truncated.

I would be grateful for any suggestions on how I can overcome this problem.

Have you set the CanGrow property of the field to yes??? Please remember to give helpful posts the stars they deserve!
This makes the post more visible to others in need! [thumbsup2]

Yes - The Can Grow property is set!

As I said before the preview and direct printing of the report is fine, it is only a problem when I try to export the resulting report to Word that I experience the problem.
