Exporting a SQL2000 table contents from ASP

Could someone please show me a way to allow a user to export the contents of a SQL2000 table from an ASP page? So far, I've created a DTS package but I haven't been able to figure out how to provide the user with the ability to execute this DTS package from their browser. I just want the contents exported to a CSV or Excel file either on the local server or somewhere on the network, no biggie. Thanks.
