exporting a crystal 9 report.

My application allows the user to run crystal reports (PowerBuilder 7/Crystal 9). Once the report runs, the export icon brings up the export response window (format and destination). When the user clicks 'OK', the response window closes, but the Windows 'save as' window does not appear. I get no error message and the app doesn't crash, but the report does not export.

It works correctly if the user has Crystal installed on their machine, leading me to believe it was a dll problem. But I have included all the dlls Crystal says I need (including crtslv.dll and ExportModeller which are registered), and it worked when we were using Crystal 8.5.

Anybody know what I'm missing ??

Your problem is probably related to u2ddisk.dll

I tried replacing the u2ddisk.dll on the test machine with the one on the developement machine (which successfully exports) but still no luck. Thanks for the suggestion.
