Export to RTF fails after installing SP4

Hello

We're running 7.5 SP3 and have just installed SP4 at the weekend. Users are now complaining that they cannot export to RTF format from Info Viewer or Analyzer. I have installed the database & export driver February hotfix, but this has not fixed things.
I have followed the Crystal KB article C2008942 which describes the error messabe exactly.
Any ideas?

Fixed the problem!
Turns out that the exportmodeller.dll that SP4 installs is dodgy. Rolled back this file to the previous version and all is ok.
