If you have adobe acrobat loaded on your computer, you can bring up the reports in print preview and then choose "File" "Print" and then change the printer to either "Distiller" or "Acrobat PDF". Then click print, and you will get the option to save the .pdf file somewhere on your harddrive. I hope this helps.
