hi.. how can i export a report made in crystal reports 8.0 so its in html format???

thank you very much
Eli

When you hit the envelope button, under 'Format', are you not presented with 2 HTML export options?

Do you have, on your toolbar below your top menu items, an envelope icon with a red arrow pointing downward?

If so, click on this icon, then select, under "Format," HTML.

"Destination" = Disk File.

Click the directory under which you want your html file and its components stored.

That should do it. Not sure if this was the kind of answer you needed.

i dont get the envelope button in my report.. how do i add it???

thank You
Eli

Eli,
Go to File->Print->Export Menu.
Select HTML 3.2 or 4.0 as your format.
If you select disk file, it will store the html on your disk.
It will prompt you for Directory to store.
By Default it will create seperate HTML for each page and navigator to go to pages.
You can uncheck Page Navigation & Separate HTML option.
