Export Report to txt: Unexpected blank lines!!!

See knowledgebase article Q150501. When you output a report to a text file, the text file
will contain 8 lines per inch.
The solution is to make the height of the report's detail section evenly divisible by .125 inches (1/8).
(I know, I know: this isn't very flexible, and tends to make the section either too big or too little.)
