Hi,

I have been asked to add a button to a form which when clicked will run a query and then display the data in excel. The data is a list of totals in pounds. Can anyone point me in the right direction. I have seen this working on another database so i know it is possible. Thanks in advance for any help.

Chris

Take a look at the DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet method.

Hope This Helps, PH.

Then, you can almost certainly display the spreadsheet in an object control of a form.
