Export/Print to PDF from QuarkXpress 6.0

I have a problem printing to Adobe Acrobat from QuarkXpress. QuarkXpress keeps on displaying error messages such as "You need to set up a postscript printer". I have Adobe Acrobat 5.0 Full Version and Adobe Distiller 5.0 installed on my computer, Adobe Distiller has been set up automatically in Control Panels>Printers. In Quark I'm telling it to print to Adobe Distiller and it freezes my computer every single time. If I tell it to export to PDF instead, it displays the error message "You need to set up a postscript printer". Any suggestions? I'm using Window 2000 Professional.

I downloaded a Generic Postscript Printer driver from Adobe (winsteng.exe), ran the file which installed it in the Settings - Printer folder. I checked the properties to make sure the port was set to Print to File. Then I Exported my quark layout to a pdf file.
