export mails from netscape 7.1

i want to migrate from netscape 7.1 and export my mail folders and mails to MS outlook. how do i?

Outlook has built-in import functionality, though I cannot comment on its effectiveness as I haven't used it.

thanks dakota for reply, but no luck. Outlook can not import files from netscape 7.1. Please help.

Can you import from Netscape to Outlook Express. If so, then you should be able to export from Outlook Express to Outlook.

No. just could not export to either outlook or MS outlook.

i go to file menu and then import mail / message option. In this I have other option to select but not netscape.
Please help
