You will need to export the file into Lotus 1-2-3 format first. Save it as file extension .wk4 to get all the correct characters, as some are displayed as odd black boxes.
Open the file in Excel and when you have finished formatting it, diplaying gridlines and so on, then save the file in Excel format.
