Export From Access XP in Text

Hi All,


We are doing a JD Edwards roll out. The systems are running W2k with Office XP, SP2.
One of our consultants is trying to Export from Access XP into a text file. In the drop down menu under export, she does not get txt or xls as a choice. I tried removing OXP with Office 2003 Office Resource Kit. I then reinstalled OXP and used Complete as my choice which did not do me any good.

How could I get her to have those Export Options?

I tried downloading the Jet Utility and that has not helped.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
