Export EXP-00056: ORACLE error 28002 ?

Hi,

Our nightly export just failed with the errors below.


EXP-00056: ORACLE error 28002 encountered
ORA-28002: the password will expire within 24851 days
EXP-00222:
System error message 2
System error message: No such file or directory

EXP-00056: ORACLE error 24309 encountered
ORA-24309: already connected to a server
EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully

Recently we started using password timeouts due to Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Several users have not reset their password. Is this related ? Did read the bug no 1654141 on Metalink but am not clear if ALL users need to be out of expired grace period for export to work again.

Any ideas GREATLY appreciated. Thanks, Steve.

what are you export parameters. ie userid= full= etc etc

Hi Sy,
Many thanks for the reply. Indeed the userid parameter was the key. It was SYSTEM who was expired. After he was re-set no more problem. Bug 1654141 was true here. Cheers, Steve.
