export email accounts from outlook 2003

i have recently upgraded to office 2003 on a couple of pc's, is there a way to export email accounts like you could in office 2000?

I have many accounts and can't remember all the passwords i have on my notebook which has been running 2003 for sometime or i would do it manually, but exporting would be far more beneficial.

any advice gratefully received.
