I am not experienced in LDK at all, but we have a job to audit two systems. They are LDK300 3.8Ah, we were sent the USR files for each system. I have located the offline PC admin program and can open the files.

I can pretty much see whats there but the question I have is, is there a way to export the data to a more readable format (Excel etc.) when i only have access to the USR files? Would need to get sets, type features etc. and trunk information.

I do not think this can be done the way you want - PC ADMIN is more for programming, then downloading data in to groups for you.
I think you will have to do this manually

Thats how it looked but worth asking cheers.

Open another thread if you have anymore questions - if I see it, I'll be happy to try answer it the best I can

You need PCAdminpro. That is the offline PCadmin program that allows you to veiw the entire database as you do in the PCAdmin programming tool.

Get the 3.9 version as it is backwards compatible.Note there is a different version for hotel software.

Yeh cheers already found version 3.8 and works fine for both files, I can see the cards etc. and sets features all looks fairly straight forward. Might have some questions but like 2311angel says I'll raise a new thread when I am stuck.
