Export Backup Selection

This maybe a simple task however I can not find a way to complete.

I am auditing our backup jobs (of which there are several). I would like to be able to export all the folders / files which are included / excluded within each backup job. Is it possible to export this list of inclusive and exclusive files and folders to a text file??? If there is a simple way of getting the Backup Selection into a text file you will be saving me days.
