I have a query built that works very well in Pivot Chart view. Currently the user clicks a button on the switchboard which launches the query in Pivot Chart view. While useful to the user, these reports would be easier to use for reporting purposes (printing, emailing, further manipulation)if there was a way to export the data and the chart directly into an Excel file. Is there a way when the user clicks on the switchboard button, it will trigger a macro that opens both the data and the chart in excel? I've searched this forum and surprisingly haven't found anything. Thanks. D
